We are proud to announce the completion of the LeadUP project, which was aimed at improving the leadership skills of the bank's management staff. The project aimed to empower the managers of Amio Bank by equipping them with advanced skills necessary both to form a common "management language" and to strengthen cooperation between managers. : The program included trainings and interactive workshops on communication, team building and development topics.
